Training session
DESCRIPTION:
For those who are already certified freedivers (at least Level 1 or certified from any another freediving organizations) and are familiar with training techniques, we offer private training sessions. In these sessions we coach freedivers to improve their diving techniques, giving personalized advice on how to identify and solve their diving problems such as deep equalization, streamlined position, visualization, mental barriers, etc.
The session is going to be between one hour to max 1:30 hour and before the sessions starts we will fill the papers & have stretching session
The open water session could be officially training session with the buoy & the line or could be fun dives and taking nice videos & pics
Requirements: Hold a freediving certification, be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental or guardian consent) and be able to swim.
Starting time: 8:00am or 8:30am
Ending time: 12:00pm or 12:30pm

Improve your techniques
all the dive session is going to be filmed so you can watch yourself after the session and mentally improve your techniques plus the exclusive dive coahing.
